Len Lyall was excellent to work with. Especially Nolan who has worked there for over fifteen years. He is great to work with and an honest fellow. Since they had the vehicle I really wanted, a Blazer EV SS and there were not many around the area I live. I think because the tax credits are expiring and a rush of people it seems were snatching them up. So I was assuming before even talking with them about price that there would be markup and they would not be willing to deal much. But I was wrong. They showed me realistic numbers to start without markup. I did not even have to haggle over our trade price. The entire process was completed in just over two hours. During signing we weren't pushed on warranty or extras. My wife and I agreed it was the easiet most pleasant dealership experience we've had. We are very happy with our new SS Bazer and feel great about the deal we were able to get. This deaslership really does have a sense of family ownership. This is how a car buying experience should be. It should be fun. Not agonizing and left with second thoughts. Thank you Len Lyall and Nolan.
