Pleasant very friendly

The service pro (Kirk) handled the issues with my Chevy Bolt EV like a professional. He told me about the potential problem but assured me that the EV tech would take care of it by the next morning. He arranged a Lyft ride home for me. Contacted me mid-morning with news that a software update took care of the issue and that there was no charge. A big relief! I picked up my car, it was fully charged, and the issues were resolved.

I was in to have a screw removed from a tire, the tire is holding up well, and I was in and out quicker than I expected to be.

I felt that the business was honest, the staff was friendly, helpful, hardworking, and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jorge and Naro were exceptionally helpful, patient, and supportive through the process.

The service was excellent very fast and quick. The dealership even had a workaround when the part required wasn't available. They rewired my gear shift because my keys kept getting stuck in the ignition. Excellent work.

I was friendly greeted sense the beginning, salesman was on point and had an answer to all are questions (very high speed man👍) to the vehicles we viewed.
